I have been in knysna on and off for about 14 years now.
I have done numerous courses on wine, alcohol and cuisine all around the country. I have helped in the design and set up of several fine dining establishments and am now running a waitron training school from home in Knysna. I am also affiliated with the "Find it" knysna magazine and we are busy constructing a web workshop that incorporates all the companies in the garden route, myself specializing in the hospitality, entertainment and catering industries.
I am also a magician and in traveling around the country have worked, trained and managed in several internationally recognised restaurants, including Sevruga and Beluga in Capetown (waitron), Mauro's in PE (night manager), La Strada in Hillcrest (head waitron) and Mozambik restaurant in Ballito natal (head waitron and manager).
I was also involved in the setting up of Cob Creek wine estate and restaurant in Jeffreys bay and Pasionade restaurant in Balito .
